Behind The Mask is Life Of Hope’s annual, theme based event that combines a fashion show and brunch into a celebration of life. This years event was focused around the Mardi Gras theme, with a little added glitz and glamour. Transforming the organizations butterfly imagery into a mask, representing the burden of the mask worn in everyday life that can become more than some can bear. This awareness-building fundraiser promotes hope and healing while unmasking the truth that suicide is preventable. LiFE OF HOPE is a non-profit that provides programs and resources to help people better understand the topic of suicide risk factors, ideation, behaviors, interventions, and the LiFE that exists through HOPE and healing.
